The album below is from our party on November 1, 2008 at the Double Tree. We had a good turnout and were happy to welcome first time attendees from both '66 & '65. 66ers making their inaugural appearance were Marvin Courte & wife Maurine, and Fred Meier & wife Patty. We also had friends from '65 who came to visit with us, Tommy Barr, Ricky Theobalt & wife Elaine and Craig Johnson. I guess they like hanging out with the "younger" crowd! Carol Carpenter drove down from Kansas and JD Garoutte flew in from Wisconsin! Thanks to everyone who made the effort to be there and join in on the fun!!
I asked everyone to bring a toy, as we were doing a Toy Drive for the Santa Cops. It was a great success and we received lots of toys plus some gave cash!! Thank you so much and many children will benefit from your kindness this Christmas! This class is always so generous and giving. Gordy also brought his famous salsa and his new Dynamite Chili Fixin's! No one left empty handed!

The Mini Reunion on June 7, 2008 at the Double Tree was a huge success! We had 37 SOCites and nearly as many spouses! In addition to getting together and sharing some fun and friendship, we also celebrated the Class of '66 turning 60!! We had birthday cake, music and prizes!
David Mitchell and his wife Shirley, Buddy Capps and his wife Georgene, and John Southworth and his wife Dru, were all first-time attendees. We enjoyed having them and hope they'll all return for the next party. Some of our group traveled great distances to attend the party. Ada Ann Henrie Wingate came in from NH, JD Garoutte from WI and lots of other SOCites from all over Texas. Thanks to everyone who made it and hope to see all of you next time!
